James Bond meets Taken in the trailer for Sugar, a Colin Farrell-led series about a private investigator trying to find the missing granddaughter of a Hollywood producer.

The trailer is a mixture of brutal violence and sun-bleached, dog-accompanied cruising around California, with Farrell alternating between suave and suited and bloodied and beaten at various points.

Kirby, Amy Ryan, James Cromwell, Anna Gunn, Dennis Boutsikaris, Nate Corddry, Sydney Chandler, and Alex Hernandez also star.

The first two episodes of Sugar are available to stream on April 5 on Apple TV+, with episodes dropping weekly after.
