If you like to spend long hours with your favorite game but hate sitting at your desk, a handheld gaming console is a great alternative. And today, you can snag some significant savings on the portable powerhouse.

As of March 5, the Logitech G Cloud handheld gaming console is on sale for $249.99 at Amazon. That's a discount of $100, or 29%, off its original price of $349.99. Plus, it's the lowest price we've seen so far. On top of the sale price, some Mashable writers also noticed an additional 5% on-page coupon, bringing the price down to $237.49. This coupon may only be available in select locations.

This lightweight handheld is a cheaper alternative to the Steam Deck or the Asus ROG Ally, but it's a bit different as it's meant to be used to stream games rather than play them natively. It can connect to your Xbox Cloud Gaming, NVIDIA GeForce Now, and other accounts so you can play triple-A titles and other demanding games without needing the hardware power that comes in the more robust handhelds—all you need is a WiFi connection. It has a 12-hour battery life, full HD touchscreen, and 60Hz refresh rate, so it can handle whatever games you throw at it.
