Save $120: As of Dec. 11, you can grab a refurbished Dyson Supersonic at Walmart and Dyson for just $229.99. That shaves $120 off its full price of $349.99, netting you a 34% discount, and overall costing $200 than buying a brand-new $430 Supersonic.

$229.99 at Walmart (save $120)

The Dyson Supersonic is an impressive and luxurious hair dryer to use, but for many people, paying $429 to get that experience is, understandably, too much.

If you've decided to take the plunge, we recommend waiting for a sale or buying refurbished, and luckily as of Dec. 11, both are possible. Walmart and Dyson have the refurbished Dyson Supersonic on sale for $229.99, putting it a price $120 than it's usual $349.99, and $200 cheaper than the asking price of a new Supersonic. At the time of writing, you can grab it in the nickel/copper, fuschia/nickel, or white/silver colorway, depending on where you buy.

This $229.99 price matches an early-Black Friday low we saw refurbished Supersonics, and we're glad to see it back. Though the hair dryer is refurbished, you'll still get all five attachments you'd get if you bought a new one, including a diffuser, gentle air attachment, styling concentrator, wide tooth comb, and flyaway attachment.

The dryer also has three heat settings that top out at 212 degrees to protect hair health, a cold shot button, and three air speeds. Though it's by no means quiet, when we tested the Supersonic we did notice that it echoed less and overall, felt less grating to the ear than cheaper models.
